After working in the business of media, change management and biofuels, a group of friends in Finland decided to move to an old dairy farm in the middle of nowhere and start distilling rye whisky. To be able to compete against the big players, the guys at Kyrö Distillery came up with a great idea to start producing gin while waiting for the whiskey barrels to age.
